The Australian Table Grape Association (ATGA) will host their annual Grower Export Registration sessions in Euston on Wednesday 15 August and Mildura on Thursday 16 August.

Attendance at a session is mandatory for any table grape grower wanting to register to export fruit to protocol markets, including China, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea and Japan.

Presentations on the night will be given by staff from the Department of Agriculture & Water Resources (DAWR) and the ATGA. Information covered in the presentations will include:

– changes and improvements to the export registration system

– labelling requirements

– protocol changes

– audit expectations and scheduling

– registration time frame (including closing date for registration)

Individuals intending to register as crop monitors for the coming season will be required to attend one of the sessions to register their details for the online training portal.

Authorised Officers are welcome to attend either one of the sessions.
