Australian sport’s comeback king is throwing his (once considerable) weight behind grapes as a healthy snack alternative following a nationwide survey that shows eating unhealthy snacks is rampant.
Geoff Huegill lost more than 45 kilograms to emerge from retirement and snare double gold and silver at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and says reaching for grapes instead of a sausage roll was a key component of his successful return to swimming.
Huegill has become the new face of the Munch-A Bunch-A Grapes campaign, now into its second year, and is keen to encourage people of all ages to think of table grapes as Australia’s little super snack.

Grapes contain lots of fibre to help cleanse and detoxify the system and they are a good source of Vitamin C which helps maintain a strong immune system.
